Andrea Hagmann holds a Master’s degree in commercial science from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and has extensive experience in financial services for more than twenty-five years. She currently serves as Member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee of the European Fund for Southeast Europe (since 2019), Member of the Board of Directors of SANAD Fund (Middle East and North Africa) for Micro and SMEs (since 2017) and Member of the Board of Directors of Microfinance Enhancement Facility (since 2009). Ms. Hagmann has been appointed member of the Supervisory Board of AccessBank Azerbaijan in December 2019.
Spandana Sphoorty Financial has allotted 215 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable, Non-convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000 each, at par, on a private placement basis to Microfinance Enhancement Facility SA SICAV SIF (the Allottee), in demat form, in consideration of an aggregate amount of Rs. 21.50 crore issued under the Information Memorandum and Form PAS-4 dated 23 December 2020.
