CyberConnect2; the game tells the legendary story of
DRAGON BALL Z, taking players on an unforgettable adventure to experience over-the-top battles and challenging quests while creating life-long friendships as they crusade to protect Earth from fearsome villains. Additionally,
DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT will also present resolutions to long unanswered questions from the
DRAGON BALL Z storyline through light-hearted side quests.
The game includes story and gameplay inspired by the
Dragon Ball Z anime s Cell Saga and Buu Saga. The game also includes the playable characters Trunks and Bonyu, a new character designed by
PlayStation 4, Xbox One,
Nintendo Switch, and PC on February 2. Character Pass 2 will grant early access to the character on Friday. The company began streaming a trailer that previews Yoriuchi.
The company also revealed that it will add DLC characters Meruem from
Yū Yū Hakusho to the Switch version on February 2. The two characters launched for the other versions on October 27. Giorno Giovanna from
The game s Character Pass 2 includes the already released characters Shoto Todoroki from
Hunter x Hunter, and Hiei from
Yū Yū Hakusho.
Jump Force Deluxe Edition, the
Nintendo Switch version of the game, launched on August 28 in the Americas and Europe, and in Japan and Asia on August 27. The Switch version allows for local co-op with two consoles connected, and offline battles that allow for up to six people to play with one console. The Switch version includes all nine characters from the game s first Character Pass, and the game s second Character Pass is also availab
PlayStation 5 on Thursday.
The PS5 version will utilize features of the console s DualSense controller to imitate the sensation of firing a weapon. Adaptive triggers will reproduce resistance and pressure, and the game will provide audio feedback for weapon fire and haptic feedback for projectile impact. The game will also have faster load times. Players can transfer save data from the
PlayStation 4 version to the PS5 game.
The game will also receive an update on Thursday with a new Military Base map and English voiceover options.
The game launched for the
PlayStation 4 digitally in October 2019. The game is free to play.

Bandai Namco Entertainment America announced on Tuesday that it will add Giorno Giovanna from
JoJo s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind to the
Jump Force crossover fighting game as a playable DLC character this spring.
Bandai Namco Entertainment had accidentally released Giorno and the character Yoruichi from
Bleach to a small number of players due to a technical issue in November. The company previously stated that the work-in-progress character Giorno is still under development, and that the final version may differ from the accidentally released one.
