A Stoke-on-Trent-based promotions company linked to former footballer Emile Heskey has been fined after a Rolls Royce was spotted racing on a motorway.
City-based Emile Heskey Promotions Ltd. was taken to court due to repeated failures to identify the driver of the vehicle, which was registered to the business.
