The Trump admin has blocked funding for Gov. Newsom s California
President Donald Trump s administration has blocked hundreds of millions of dollars in funding for California in response to the state s pro-abortion push.
Pro-life advocates who say they have been compelled to effectively support abortion and the Office of Civil Rights within the Department of Health and Human Services agrees.
The OCR announced in a statement on the HHS website that it will
“disallow $200 million in federal Medicaid funds going to California in the upcoming quarter due to the state illegally mandating that all health care plans subject to regulation by the California Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) cover abortion without exclusion or limitation.”
