Maplecrest Assisted Living, 717 Rogers St., Bucyrus, April 14. Chlorine sanitizer in dishwasher observed at 0 ppm (critical, corrected during inspection). Facility used three-bin sink until dishwasher was repaired. Ensure dishwasher is tested on a frequent basis and sanitizer solution is 50-100 ppm.

Twin Lakes dba Valley View Golf Course, 2106 Ohio 598, Galion, April 15. Preventing contamination by separation, packaging and segregation (critical, corrected during inspection). Raw bacon observed above ready-to-eat foods in cooler. To avoid possible cross contamination, raw foods must be separated. A tray was placed under bacon correcting the violation.

Here is the schedule for Wednesday night s Utica Common Council meeting:
5 p.m.: Codes Select Committee of the Whole: The committee will meet regarding a proposal to legislate car free Sundays on Master Garden and Steele Hill Road, which runs through Valley View Golf Course and Upper Roscoe Conkling park. There will be additional revised legislation discussed in addition to the legislation which was put to committee on 4/7/2021.
