Rubiano also added that to control the spread of COVID-19, local police and a team from the Department of Health will conduct surprise inspections to different establishments like hotels and malls to ensure that safety and health protocols are being followed.
The city government also conducts continuous information drive by placing tarpaulin all over the city to give warning to people, its residents, and visitors that COVID-19 is deadly.
