Government, Opposition reach consensus to discuss agri laws; three AAP members marshalled out of Rajya Sabha
The three MPs Sanjay Singh, Sushil Kumar Gupta and N D Gupta have been asked to remain absent from the House for the remaining part of the day.

NEW DELHI: The government and opposition parties in Rajya Sabha on Wednesday reached on consensus to allocate more time to discuss the motion of thanks and parties can raise their issues on farmers protest during the discussion.
NEW DELHI: Lok Sabha proceedings were washed out for the second consecutive day on Wednesday after the House was repeatedly adjourned due to protests by opposition members who were demanding a separate discussion on the farm laws issue.
The House reassembled four times but was unable to conduct business as the members of the Congress, DMK, AAP and the SAD trooped into the Well and shouted slogans against the farm laws, ignoring repeated appeals by Speaker Om Birla to maintain order.
As the proceedings started at 4 PM, Congress leader in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury tried to raise the issue of farmers agitation against the agri laws, saying the matter is harming the image of the country.

New Delhi [India], February 3 (ANI): Lok Sabha on Wednesday witnessed three adjournments following the protest by opposition members over new farm laws.
The House was adjourned till 4.30 pm, 5 pm and 7 pm.
Soon after the House met for the day, opposition members were on their feet protesting against the three farm laws.
They raised slogans for taking back farm laws against which farmers are protesting on the borders of Delhi for over two months. Speaker Om Birla asked the Opposition leaders to take their seats and allow the Zero Hour to proceed.
