A 40-year-old Lewiston man was arrested Tuesday, June 8 as part of an ongoing drug trafficking investigation, according to the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.
Anthony Barrett Cremona was arrested after the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency and the Lewiston Police executed a search warrant at his apartment at 83 Bartlett Street, Lewiston, Maine. The warrant was part of the ongoing investigation into drug trafficking and the distribution of illegal drugs in Lewiston and the surrounding areas.

BROOKLYN, NY One person is dead and two are in the hospital after a shooting in a Brooklyn apartment building on Thursday afternoon, according to police.
Police responding to reports of someone shot in an apartment at the Broadway building, found near Bartlett Street, found an unconscious man shot in the head lying in the hallway just before 3:20 p.m., police said.
They then noticed a 29-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man inside an apartment, both with gunshot wounds. The woman had been shot in the right arm and the man was shot in his torso, police said.
