Hills man arrested on child porn charges Written by Megan V. Winslow Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office detectives Thursday (Feb. 25) morning arrested a Los Altos Hills man on suspicion of charges related to child pornography. Nurge William Nurge, 58, is charged with felony possession and distribution of child pornography, a Sheriff’s Office press release stated. According to the release, detectives form the Sheriff’s Office’s Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement task force and U.S. Marshals executed a search warrant on a Winton Way home at approximately 7 a.m. Thursday. Someone had submitted a tip to the Internet Crimes Against Children task force, a federal program, alleging Nurge downloaded illicit content and distributed it via a messaging application.
