The incident was reported around 10:20 p.m. east of Balcom Canyon Road, said California Highway Patrol Officer Ryan Ayers. The woman was identified Thursday as Elizabeth T. Graham, 65, of Camarillo, according to the Ventura County Medical Examiner s Office. Graham had been driving a 1998 Saturn S-series westbound on the 118, Ayers said. She was wearing a seatbelt and was the only person in the car. An American Medical Response ambulance, also known by the initials AMR, was headed eastbound on the 118 back to Moorpark, Ayers said. No patients were aboard the ambulance. Only the driver, a 59-year-old Moorpark man, was in the vehicle.
