Some Baltimore restaurateurs say reopening now is too little, too late

  (From WBAL TV 11) Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott said Wednesday he is adjusting the city’s COVID-19 mandates, allowing for some in-person dining at restaurants. Restaurants and bars around Baltimore City have been limited to just carryout and delivery for almost six weeks. The mayor announced restaurants and bars can reopen at 6 a.m. Friday for outdoor dining at 50% capacity and indoor dining at 25% capacity, both with one-hour maximum time limits. All outdoor dining spaces must be open on all sides with no enclosures permitted; an outdoor tent with no sides is permitted. Restaurants and bars will now be required to have sign-in/sign-out sheets so contact tracers can contact patrons if an outbreak occurs, Baltimore City Health Commissioner Dr. Letitia Dzirasa said.
