Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott spoke with Bryan Nehman and Yuprizy Morgan on Thursday morning to address his newly announced coronavirus restrictions.
One of the major restrictions Scott announced is the closing of indoor and outdoor dining starting Friday at 5 p.m.
“We are in an emergency situation, we’re under emergency orders, so this is what this is about, said Scott. This is about being a leader, and showing we will do the right things to keep people healthy, safe, and alive.“
Scott said the decision wasn’t made in a hasty way, and “knows how hard it’s been for our restaurants and business.”
