PITCAIRN A Massena man was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation after allegedly driving on a license with 16 suspensions.
State police say they charged 52-year-old Eddie Johnson on Dec. 9 at 2:15 p.m. on state Route 812.
Police say he was driving a 2007 Dodge Dakota with inoperable brakelights.
Johnson was charged with one count of first-degree AUO, a felony, and released with an appearance ticket for Pitcairn Town Court, police said.
