The trial for Constable Kyle Trenholm was scheduled to have begun in Brandon Provincial Court on Monday (26th). Instead, he pled guilty to two lesser counts of Careless Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and was fined 15-hundred dollars on each count. Trenholm was charged after Manitoba’s Independent Investigation Unit checked into three alleged incidents, between May 1st and June 1st of 2019.
