Posted: Mar 01, 2021 1:26 PM ET | Last Updated: March 1 A virtual court appearance involving a former Waterloo regional police officer passed without incident Monday morning after the case was interrupted last week by Zoom bombers.(CBC) The second and final day of a virtual civil hearing involving a former Waterloo regional police officer and lawyers for the police services board passed without incident Monday morning, after the first day of the hearing was interrupted by Zoom bombers last week. The case of Donovan v. Waterloo Regional Police Services Board et al. involves the question of if the police service violated Donovan s resignation agreement by contesting her Workplace Safety and Insurance Board claim, and by publishing confidential details about Donovan s experience in an affidavit for a separate civil matter. The allegations have not been proven in court.
