Muslims who will be celebrating Ramadan this year have been reminded to follow the guidelines which are in place at their respected Mosques. The religious holiday will begin on Monday, April 12, which is the same day that non-essential shops, as well as restaurants, can reopen (only for outdoor eating). However, some restrictions will still be in place, and this will affect the way Ramadan is celebrated for the second straight year due to the ongoing pandemic.
