Gardaí have issued a Child Rescue Ireland (CRI) alert for a missing 14-year-old girl from Co Louth.
Svetlana Murphy was seen leaving her home on Coast Road in Blackrock, Co Louth at around 4pm on Monday 19 April.
She is in the company of Nojus Maculevicius, who is 18 years old.
Gardaí said: Following investigations to date, An Garda Síochána now have serious concerns that there is an immediate and serious risk to the health or welfare of Svetlana.
Svetlana, who was reported missing by her father, has brown hair, and brown eyes and is described as being 1.55m (5 1 ) tall and of slim build.

GARDAI have issued a Child Rescue Ireland Alert and are seeking the public s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 14-year-old, Svetlana Murphy.
The CRI was issued overnight and remains in place.

Gardai say they have serious concerns for the safety of Svetlana, who is from County Louth, and that there is an immediate and serious risk to here health or welfare
Garda believe the vehicle was in the greater Belfast area at 5.35pm on Wednesday.
Svetlana is described as 5 foot 1 inch in height with a slim build, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
At the time she went missing, she was wearing navy tracksuit bottoms with a red and white stripe on the leg, a black zipped top and black runners.
Mr Maculevicius is described as being 6 foot in height with a slim build, and has dark brown hair and is clean shaven.
He was wearing dark grey Snickers work trousers and a black Snickers top. He may also have been wearing a khaki green hoody, and either black boots or Adidas runners.
Covid-19 positive testing figures continue to fluctuate in Fermanagh and Omagh District Council area. Today the Department of Health reported 12 new cases of the virus with seven cases being reported yesterday (Wednesday). The data from the Department of Health revealed there were no deaths recorded locally again. It means the death toll remains at 85 while positive cases have now reached 5,865 with Fermanagh and Omagh being the least affected area in Northern Ireland. Across Northern Ireland 120 people tested positive and there were three further deaths. 119,471 people have now tested positive for the virus and the death toll has reached 2,137. Fermanagh and Omagh was the least affected area for rate per 100,000 people for many weeks but now is forth on the list of most affected local government districts behind Derry City and Strabane, Mid Ulster and Newry, Mourne and Down.
