The time-honored tradition of brunch may have taken a hit during the pandemic, but the mid-day meal is starting to reappear as more restaurants have come out of hibernation, and as family and friends are beginning to gather again over French toast and mimosas.
The Aviary Restaurant & Bar, located in Swansea, serves its highly rated brunch on Sundays. Sweet and savory dishes include a BLT omelet, huevos rancheros, and The Nutty Pananacakes topped with toasted almonds and whipped cream.
