First direct shipment of Cambodian mangoes arrives in China s Guangxi - Buz & Tech News

Transported in six containers, the mangoes will be sold in markets in Beijing, Henan, Liaoning, Zhejiang, Shandong and other regions across China. The shipment reflects the growing agricultural cooperation between the two countries, with mangoes the second fruit after bananas to be directly exported from Cambodia to China. The Qinzhou Port is a key point on the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor and along the Belt and Road. In recent years, the port has opened several fruit shipping express lines linking China with Thailand, Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries to facilitate agricultural products exports to China, said Chen Silu, general manager of the Beibu Gulf Port Group.
