13-year-old charged after video shows teen punching another student in Pulaski County and last updated 2021-02-26 23:46:52-05 PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A 13-year-old middle school student has been charged with fourth-degree assault and terroristic threatening after investigators with the Pulaski County Sheriff s Office say a video shows him punching another student. The video has since been taken down from Facebook, but Janice Ducheney said she posted a copy to her page because she wanted to raise awareness about what it shows. In the video, Ducheney said her son Travis, a special needs student at Southern Middle School, is punched by a classmate while sitting at his desk.
