If it does, come Memorial Day weekend many may want to cool off in a pool or beach. On Wednesday, Cuomo announced state pools and beaches will be open in anticipation of Memorial Day.
However, capacity will be limited and social distancing guidelines will need to be followed. State pools and beaches will operate later this month and in June with six-foot social distancing, Cuomo announced. An official capacity limit was not released.

Last night when the Boston Celtics lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers 102-94 the New York Knicks locked up no worse than the 6th see in the Eastern Conference playoffs. Of course, many of us know Tim Allen s roots here in the Mitten so we will try to keep this brief and maybe you might learn something you didn t know before!
Allen, according to the Detroit Historical Society, moved to Birmingham, Michigan when he was 11 years old where from there he went on to attend both Western Michigan University and graduate from Central Michigan University.
He started developing his career in Detroit after some trouble with the law and, of course, worked his way up to the star we know today.
Watch Out, Unemployment Fraud On The Rise
Multiple employees in the WUPE listening area have recently been made aware that fraudulent Unemployment Insurance (UI) claims were filed in their name.
The fraud that is taking place involves personal information that may have been compromised sometime in the past ten years or so. It is likely from some large national data releases that occurred in the past, such as Equifax, Target, or other data breaches.
The information that was stolen was most likely held onto, then sold on the dark web at an opportune time such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The data that the Department of Labor is seeing used includes name, Social Security number, date of birth, address, License Number, and in some cases even a photo ID.
