NJ shoppers eager to return to stores post-COVID: Verizon survey
Online shopping has been a part of life for a quarter-century now, but reached lofty new heights when COVID-19 lockdowns were at their height last spring.
Yet the results of a Verizon study called Look Forward indicate that New Jerseyans want to get back to in-person shopping as vaccinations increase and the pandemic crawls toward the finish line.
Through a combination of Verizon network data from 3,000 Americans, and analysis from the market research firm Morning Consult, the survey showed that in New Jersey, 21% of respondents reported they shopped mostly online prior to March 2020.

Auditions for Tuscaloosa s Got Talent have just wrapped on Saturday in preparation for the upcoming show at the Bama Theatre in May. The event is hosted by Drishti 4 Humanity, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping provide funds for local organizations in need.
Each year, proceeds from ticket sales will go toward a charity of choice. All of the proceeds from this year s event will go toward Oakdale Elementary School s library.
Tuscaloosa s Got Talent (TGT) has been an annual event in the Druid City since 2009. The talent show has run for 12 years consistently, though the show was canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Farm Store is a drive-thru convenience store that features household items like eggs, bread, milk. They also carry bakery items, including their famous fresh baked bread. They also carry bagels, salads, sandwiches and soups.

Here is the question though as we get ready for the Farm Store Drive-Thru to open, will it be able to compete being directly across from a Super Wawa and is their a demand for drive-thru shopping. To me it sounds like a good idea. Think of stormy days when you wouldn t have to get soaked getting into a store. Maybe you have kids or pets in the car, you don’t have to unload everyone just to get a loaf of bread. These are just a few reasons to love a drive-thru, but we saw Welch Farm fail in Beachwood. Sand dollars are pretty rare here at the Jersey Shore, but one Monmouth County beach, you might be lucky to find one or two.
The sand dollar is a really spectacular find if you re a beachcomber, or a sheller, as I call it. Sand dollars are often referred to as sand cakes, cake urchins or sea cookies.
They are absolutely beautiful and did you know that when you break one open, you can see doves? I had no idea about this until my friend told me about this. She goes shelling all the time on Florida beach and finds sand dollars every day.
