‘Violent extremism’, Dalton man has bail extended after photos found on phone of burning Black Lives Matter sign Updated Jan 22, 2021; Facebook Share Dalton native, Lonnie Durfee was in Berkshire Superior Court on Friday accused of violating his bail agreement from the burning of political signs and property in the lead up to the presidential elections, according to court documents. The 41-year-old Durfee had his conditions extended because of an “escalating pattern of behavior,” according to the Berkshire District Attorney’s office. The conditions were initially in place until Jan. 20.
