School starts in about a month in Arkansas and doctors on the Fayetteville Board of Health said everyone over the age of 12 needs to get vaccinated now to be fully protected from COVID-19 and the dangerous Delta variant by the time kids are back in the classroom.Dr. Marti Sharkey, Fayetteville s city health officer, said the symptoms of COVID-19 with the delta variant are a little bit different than what we ve been used to over the past year. It starts very much like a common cold or allergies. It’s a sore throat, runny nose congestion.
