Andhra Pradesh: 13 killed after bus collides with truck in Kurnool
At least 13 people killed and four were injured in a collision between a bus and a truck in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh on early Sunday morning. The injured have been admitted to Government General Hospital.
The incident took place on National Highway 44 near Madarpur village in Veldurti Mandal.

Over three dozen passengers of a Hyderabad-bound Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation bus bus had a miraculous escape when it turned turtle in Kamareddy district in the little hours of Sunday.
The bus conductor suffered a fracture, while 13 others suffered minor injuries, district Superintendent of Police N. Swetha said, adding that the wounded were shifted to Government Hospital in Kamareddy for first-aid.
The bus was on its way to the State capital from Maharashtra’s Nanded city when the accident took place around 4 a.m. on the National Highway number 44 near Tekriyal village under Devulapally police station limits, the officer said.

A 13-year-old student died after his foot slipped while trying to board a bus in Manga Mandi area on Tuesday.
Rescue sources said the victim, identified as Ahmad Raza, was a student of Government Secondary School.
Eye witnesses said on the day of the incident, the teenager was on way to his school and wanted to board a local passenger bus. The vehicle was already crowded and while he tried to make space for himself in it he tripped ended up in front of the tyres.

KADAPA: 2 people died in a tragic accident that happened in Kadapa district of Andhra Pradesh.
A father and a son lost their lives after their bike crashed into an RTC bus. The accident took place near Maidukuru of Kadapa district. According to the police report, a family of four including a couple and their two sons were travelling from Badvelu to Maidukuru, when their bike collided with the bus.
In the accident, father Rami Reddy and son Umesh died, while the other son and mother Suguna sustained severe injuries. Both the survivors were immediately rushed to the Kadapa Government Hospital. They are currently undergoing treatment, but their condition is said to be serious.
