Fenn Road in Halstead was closed for at least an hour yesterday. The section of road between the Brook Street junction and Colchester Road was closed from 7.30pm. Essex Police responded to reports of a vehicle blocking the road. Essex Traffic Control Centre reported the road was closed due to a vehicle leaving the road. The road was still reported as closed at 8pm. It is not believed anyone was injured during the incident and Essex Police have confirmed there was no collision between vehicles. At this time, it is not known what caused the vehicle to block the road.
