Capt. Dave Wilkie of the Dickinson Police Department joins the ranks of retirement after serving Dickinson for the past 21 years. Wilkie started with the Dickinson Police Department in 1999 and has spear-headed numerous programs within the department like Citizen s Police Academy, Youth Explorers, Reserve Officer program and participated on numerous civic boards and committees on behalf of the police department.
