Valerijs Litvins was found dead in his home on Sunday TWO dogwalkers may hold the key to a murder probe into the death of a man in Parkhead.  Officers believe the women were in the area when Valerijs Litvins was found in his flat on Burgher Street.  The 45-year-old father was discovered by police at around 11.15pm on Sunday and pronounced dead at the scene.  Cops, who have been carrying out extensive enquiries in recent days, have also asked anyone who was on Burgher Street or Dechmont Street between 10pm and 10.30pm on Sunday to come forward with information. Detective Chief Inspector Gillian Grant, of Police Scotland’s Major Investigation Team, said: “Extensive inquiries are continuing into this murder to establish the exact circumstances surrounding Valerijs’ death and trace those involved.
