A fledgling Catholic social movement, founded by Benin s former ambassador to the Holy See, has helped Africa participate in the launch of the first-ever International Day of Human Fraternity through a university conference in South Benin. It is a pleasure for the University of Abomey-Calavi (UAC) to host this first celebration of the International Day of Human Fraternity, said Professor Maxime da Cruz, rector of the institution in his welcoming remarks.
