The performance came as the second encore of the New Orleans rockers’ recent appearance at Red Rocks. The Revivalists conducted a two-night stand at Red Rocks on June 10 and 11 with Neal Francis opening up both shows along with Preservation Hall Jazz Band on the 11th. That night would see The Revivalists welcoming Francis on electric piano for an outstanding rendition of “Born To Run” to close out the evening.
