We don t know too much about the business just yet, but their official Facebook page says that it s an upscale fast-casual restaurant with an island vibe and a full bar. The owner told me that they hope to have everyone s guilty pleasures under one roof. A post on the page reveals that they will offer handmade tortillas, ground in-house Iowa beef, special wing sauces, and authentic tiki cocktails.
