The Public Affairs Section (PAS), U.S. Embassy Bridgetown, of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for eligible candidates to submit applications to carry out a program to encourage young women in the Eastern Caribbean to increase their personal involvement in civic participation, including community organizing and elections.
