Sensing a significant division in the vote share in the upcoming West Bengal Assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday alerted people of a secret understanding between the Left Front, Congress and Trinamool Congress (TMC) to prevent the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from bringing actual
‘parivartan’ (change) in the state.
Addressing a public meeting in East Midnapore s Haldia, Modi claimed that the BJP s three adversaries are conspiring to keep the party away to befool the people of Bengal.

Guwahati, Feb 07: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday launched Asom Mala programme in Sonitpur district of Assam where he also addressed public meetings.
Addressing the gathering, Modi said, Assam is playing a major role as the northeast is moving towards new heights. Today, Ayushman Bharat has benefitted more than 1.25 crore people of Assam.
He said, Several health and wellness centres are being opened in each corner of Assam. More than 55 lakh people of Assam have been benefitted by these centres. Asom Mala , aimed at helping improve state highways and major district roads network in the state.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will today visit the poll-bound states of West Bengal and Assam, the second time in a little over two weeks. He was in Kolkata on January 23 to mark Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's birth anniversary, Parakram Diwas, and on the same day visited Sibsagar district to hand out land ownership titles to over a lakh indigenous people of the northeastern state.
