A Plymouth man has said he will offer a £100 reward to anyone who helps put a gull-killer in front of a magistrate.
The man, who has asked not to be named, said he was incensed at hearing the news how a car was seen to swerve into a herring gull on New George Street during the afternoon of Saturday, May 22.
