(Concord Police Department) CONCORD, NH A Concord man was arrested on child sexual abuse images charges after a 10-month investigation after police were tipped off by Google about a possible possession incident. Originally, according to a court affidavit, the case was referred to a detective in Amherst who received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in August 2020. The org received the tip from Google. Concord police were referred to the case in December 2020. According to the Amherst detective, who was working on the case via the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children task force, a woman s email was named and this initial tip involved 455 files were uploaded to a Google Photos account. The woman told dispatch that her father, who had dementia, admitted to killing the woman and then barricaded himself inside a room. The first responding officer reported the man was covered in blood and requested EMTs to assist. An officer found the woman and secured the home while firefighters declared her dead. CONCORD, NH Attorney General John M. Formella announces that Michael A. Maggiacomo (age 50) and Tina M. Allen (age 46), both of Newburyport, Mass., have been indicted by the New Hampshire Multicounty Grand Jury and each charged with two class B felony counts of Medicaid Fraud, in violation of RSA 167:61-a, and two class A felony counts of Theft by Deception, in violation of RSA 637:4.
