(WIS) - More than two million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been put into people’s arms in South Carolina, according to the state Department of Health and Environmental Control. With almost a fifth of South Carolina residents completely vaccinated and more than a third who have started the vaccination process, there is some confusion about what fully immunized people can and can’t safely do when around others.
