BILLINGS- A 17-year-old boy was charged Monday with felony deliberate homicide in Yellowstone County in the shooting death of a 17-year-old girl on Dec. 6.
In court documents, prosecutors say at 5 a.m., Billings police officers were dispatched to 834 Wyoming Ave. to the report of a shooting.
Officers said when they arrived at the house, the 17-year-old boy asked to be placed in handcuffs and told officers several times, I killed her.
Police say three adults and two juveniles were at the home.
