EarthX founder Trammell S. Crow next Speakers & Issues guest Kathy Floyd Dallas businessman, philanthropist, and the founder of EarthX, the world’s largest eco-celebration, will be the next speaker for Midwestern State University’s Speakers & Issues Series. Trammell S. Crow will speak about “EarthX – Past/Present/Future” at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 8, at the Wichita Falls Museum of Art at MSU Texas. In-person seating will be limited to 30 people. A Zoom option will be available also. EarthX, which will be held April 16-25, is the largest annual exposition and forum displaying initiatives, research, innovations, policies, and corporate practices to create solutions for protecting the oceans, forests, and climate. The exhibition brings together communities, education, businesses, families, government, music, influential public figures, and more for the Earth Day weekend. Credit Texas A&M-Commerce Athletics Texas A&M-Commerce Athletic Director Tim McMurray discusses the 2021 Lion football schedule, which includes a game  at 6 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 11 vs. Midwestern State at Globe Life Park,  the Texas Rangers former stadium, which has been converted for football.  Also, the game the Lions lost when Azusa Pacific of California dropped its football program has been replaced by a game vs. the University of Fort Lauderdale in Commerce, Saturday, Oct. 2.  The Lions will have six home games, in addition to the game vs. Midwestern State in Arlington.
