Teen Struck by SUV in Twin Falls Monday
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX)-A 15-year-old was struck by an SUV Monday afternoon in Twin Falls as he got out of a car in the middle of a street.
According to the Officer J.P. O Donnell with the Twin Falls Police Department, emergency crews were called out at around 4:27 p.m. to Locust Street near Julie Lane where the teen was struck. The teen had gotten out of a car that stopped in the center turn lane on the passenger side, went around the back of the vehicle and attempted to cross the roadway to the sidewalk and was hit by the side view mirror of a Toyota Highlander. The driver of the SUV attempted to stop, but couldn t avoid hitting the teen.
18-year-old, Two Juveniles Hospitalized in Rollover Near Albion
ALBION, Idaho-(KLIX) An 18-year-old Burley driver and two juveniles had to be hospitalized following a rollover near Albion Saturday morning.
According to Idaho State Police, at around 6:27 a.m. Mia Martinez had been driving a 2004 Mini Cooper on Idaho Highway 77 when she went off the road and rolled.
Martinez and two juvenile passengers were taken to Cassia Regional Medical Center in Burley in a private vehicle.

I think the phrase “In your face” applies. A couple of summers ago I drove to Ontario. I had been in Payette and visiting the grave of Harmon Killebrew. It was still early in the day and with Oregon a short hop away, I crossed the bridge into Ontario and pulled into the parking lot of a pot dispensary.
