Habitat for Humanity Northumberland hosted a virtual key ceremony at 22/24 University Avenue in Cobourg last week – The organization purchased the semi-detached home from Trinity United Church four years ago, (they purchased the property and planned to build at least two more units at the back of the property, creating a multi-unit affordable housing development.) The home renovation started in the fall of 2018 and the construction of the two units started in 2019.
