Carroll University announces graduation for on-campus foster dogs WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) - Carroll University students aren t the only ones on campus gearing up for graduation, the on-campus foster dogs are too! Dogs from the Humane Animal Welfare Society (HAWS) that were paired with Carroll University Animal Behavior students for the spring semester will be adopted by their new homes on Thursday, April 29. Officials say each student was responsible for the day-to-day care and training of their foster dog during hte semester and preparing them for adoptive homes.  This years graduates are Carroll, Comet, Sunny and Wren. Beginning at 4 p.m. Thursday, students will present their dogs to their new families as part of the adoption process at HAWS.
