Cindy Bettin, L.P.N., was the first to be vaccinated for COVID-19 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Fairmont. Vaccinations of front-line workers began Tuesday, Dec. 22, and are part of the first phase of the COVID-19 vaccination rollout that will continue into 2021.
“I have waited a long time for this vaccine, ever since there was COVID-19 in the United States,” says Bettin. “I’m fortunate to have it here now so I can continue to care for our patients and keep them safe.”
