Lori Vallow has been indicted on first-degree murder charges in the death of her ex-husband.
A Maricopa County Grand Jury in Arizona charged Vallow with one count of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in the death of Charles Vallow.
The indictment states, Lori N. Vallow, on or about July 11, 2019, with the intent to promote or aid the commission of an offense, to-wit: First Degree Murder, agreed with Alexander Cox that at least one of them or another would engage in conduct constituting the offense of First Degree Murder, according to a news release from Maricopa County Attorney s Office.

Lori Vallow who is currently facing murder charges in Idaho for the deaths of her two children is now being accused of conspiring to murder her fourth husband by prosecutors in Arizona.
On Tuesday, the Maricopa County Attorney s Office announced that a grand jury has charged Vallow with one count of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in the death of Charles Vallow, who was fatally shot in 2019.
An indictment dated on June 24 alleged that Vallow had agreed with her brother, Alexander Cox, that at least one of them or another would engage in conduct constituting the offense of First Degree Murder.

How did Charles Vallow die?
Charles was killed on July 11, reportedly over a custody dispute with Vallow over their seven-year-old son Joshua. Vallow s brother Alex Cox called the cops after shooting Charles, claiming self-defense. According to police records, Charles had gone to Vallow s home in Chandler to pick up Joshua. The duo then engaged in a loud argument. That led Vallow s daughter, Tylee Ryan to confront Charles with a metal bat. In a bid to defend her mother, Ryan tried to get Charles to back away, but he was able to take the bat away from her.
