Noticias, this year has been like no other, and it is because you made it possible.
Because of you, our TV crew was able to produce the seventh season of
Curious Crew remotely and safely, and continued to provide weekly programs of
Off the Record. With your support the WKAR news team was able to report the local, state and national coverage of the election and the pandemic. Your generosity allowed us to prevail and reach the unattainable. To commemorate all that you made possible this past year, join us in watching, below,

It’s become a tradition at my house to go see a movie on Christmas Day. My kids are adults and nobody has young kids, so it’s sort of a family thing.
(“Little Women,” “Mary Poppins,” “The Greatest Showman” and “The Force Awakens” were good choices “Sweeney Todd,” not so much.)

You have ten days until the gift-giving bonanza called Christmas. And while we know that the holiday is not all about presents (Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang just reminded us, again, on Sunday night) gifts are still expected in many homes across America. That said, we have some ideas for gifts you can give the PBS Superfans in your life. P.S. None of these come from a store.
For the Foodie
Make them a meal they ll never forget. Be as inspired as the PBS foodie in your life. The one who counts Julia, Jacques, Ming, and Lidia as friends in the kitchen. We recommend you find a recipe on PBS Food that you can pour your heart into. (Maybe even a lobster souffle?) If only we could see the joy on their faces when they take a bite of this PBS-inspired gift. Bonus points if they can guess which chef inspired the dish!
