Amy Cooper better known as Central Park Karen for making a false report against a Black man is off the hook in her criminal case after getting some therapy.
The Manhattan District Attorney s Office has agreed to dismiss Cooper s charge of falsely reporting an incident because she completed a program intended to address racial bias.

SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. The Sun Prairie Area School District is responding to the claims that its partnership with the YWCA is false.
At its Monday school board meeting, SPASD staff said it was partnering with the YWCA in Madison to form restorative justice circles for its students following the backlash it received for a racially insensitive assignment given to three 6th grade classes last week asking students how they would punish a slave. YWCA CEO Vanessa McDowell told News 3 Now that there is no such partnership that exists.

TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - Pima County could soon adopt a new form of justice based on healing instead of punishing.
“It would be a historic first,” said Pima County Attorney Laura Conover.
Conover wants to create a Restorative Justice Program.
“It is a guided program the defendant has to go through a lot of work to show that he or she qualifies and is ready to engage in this process,” Conover said.
