After eight episodes, six distinct television eras, and apparently two rival Visions, Marvel Studios’ “WandaVision” first and possibly only season is coming to a close this Friday on Disney Plus. But we still have
so many questions that this twist-strewn superhero TV show has yet to answer. With just one episode left and so much to settle in the saga of how Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) grieved the loss of Vision (Paul Bettany) by creating a sitcom reality in the sleepy New Jersey city of Westview let’s look at the biggest dangling plot strands audiences are eager to see resolved.

Next year Benedict Cumberbatch returns for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The follow-up to Disney+ show WandaVision is expected to see the Avenger wizard and Scarlet Witch dealing with alternate realities. And the latest rumour is that Marvel s Doctor Strange 2 will see Mr Fantastic, Professor X and Namor team up with the Sorcerer Supreme as The Illuminati.

WandaVision is certainly proving to be a bold Disney+ debut for the MCU, but just how will it all tie into Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness that it’s a prelude to? Well, a popular new fan theory argues that the alternate 2012 Loki who escaped with the Tesseract in Avengers Endgame and is getting his own show in May, is the key. The trailer for Marvel s Loki sees the unredeemed Asgardian god captured by the Time Variance Authority for seemingly meddling with time and the multiverse.
