Yolanda Taylor to lead Behavioral Health when Carrel retires
ZANESVILLE - After 40 years leading Muskingum Behavioral Health as CEO, Steve Carrel is set to retire in late summer.
Replacing him as only the second person to hold that title in MBH history is current chief operating officer Yolanda Taylor. Taylor was appointed by the Muskingum Behavioral Health Board of Directors after applying for the position. Learning the inner workings of MBH in that position, her past work in the health care field, and her vision for MBH in the future uniquely qualified her for this position, Joel Linnabary, board president, said in a statement.
