Prosecutors have charged Ricky Vance with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Ebony Pack.
LANSDALE, Pa. - A Philadelphia man is facing a first-degree murder charge after prosecutors said he stalked a Bucks County woman in his car and fatally shot her at a stoplight in Lansdale last fall.
The Montgomery County District Attorney s Office said Ebony Pack, 30, was driving to a friend s house around 9 p.m. on Nov. 28 when she was followed by 52-year-old Ricky Vance from the Bensalem toll plaza to the Fort Washington toll plaza on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
NORRISTOWNÂ â Eleven secure ballot drop boxes will soon be placed across Montgomery County ahead of the May 18 primary election, according to county officials.
Those who have registered for a mail-in ballot can drop off completed ballots starting at 10 a.m. on May 1 at the following locations:

Alabama lawmakers consider bill to require activation of phone porn filters to protect kids

An Alabama lawmaker aiming to reduce children’s exposure to pornography wants to change state law to require porn filters on phones to be automatically activated.
The House Judiciary Committee held a public hearing today on the bill by Rep. Chris Sells, a Republican from Greenville.
Sells, in explaining the purpose of his legislation, noted that state laws prohibit children from buying alcohol and cigarettes.
“But yet we have an iPhone or a mobile device when they’re perhaps 10 years old and all they’ve got to do is punch a couple of buttons and it’s wide open to every kind of adult thing you can imagine,” Sells said.
