TILT Holdings Inc. (CSE:TILT) (OTCQX:TLLTF) strengthened its leadership team by welcoming Nicole Moyers as vice president of compliance and Patrick Beyea as director of compliance.
Moyers has extensive experience in government affairs, public service programs, and healthcare.
Previously she served as the Director of Project Development for both Keystone Center of Integrative Wellness and Parea Biosciences and on the Pennsylvania Cannabis Coalition’s Legislative Committee.
Beyea brings practical knowledge in compliance, having served as the Director of Safety and Security at the Eternal Word Television Network and the Director of Investigations at the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.

(“TILT or the “Company”) (CSE: TILT) (OTCQX: TLLTF), a provider of business solutions to the global cannabis industry that includes inhalation technologies, cultivation, manufacturing, processing, brand development, distribution and retail, announced the appointment of Nicole Moyers as vice president of compliance and Patrick Beyea as director of compliance. Nicole “Nikki” Moyers will report directly to TILT’s General Counsel while Beyea will report to Moyers.
One of the conditions is Kaycha getting a preliminary license from the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.

NATICK A Florida company that tests marijuana products for safety and quality has received the green light from local officials to open its first Massachusetts location in Natick.
But it’s not yet a done deal.
Kaycha Labs received the necessary local permits on Wednesday night after a 4-0 vote by the Planning Board. Julian Munnich was not present for the vote, which comes with several conditions.
One is that Kaycha must get a preliminary license from the state Cannabis Control Commission.
