Lennar (NYS: LEN), was acquired by Sunnova Energy (NYS: NOVA) for
$354.5 million. Under the terms of the agreement and earnout
agreement, Lennar will receive total consideration of up to 7.22
million shares of Sunnova common stock, which is comprised of 3.33
million shares in initial consideration payable at closing and 3.89
million shares in consideration associated with two earnouts.
SunStreet is a provider of solar panel systems that designs solar
panels to produce more solar energy than most traditional
systems.

Springwell grab-and-go hot lunches
The center is now offering hot “grab and go” lunches Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays in collaboration with Springwell. To reserve a hot lunch, residents must call the Senior Center at 617-730-2747 two business days in advance. There will be no admission to the Senior Center for any reason at the time of pickup. Those who are not feeling well and/or have a temperature of 100 degrees or higher should stay home and contact their physician. Face coverings (i.e., scarf, mask, bandana) are required when picking up the meal. Residents will be required to follow the directions provided by staff and volunteers at the time of arrival. Waterfront development in Massachusetts has a new problem. In particular, projects that rely on a municipality’s approved municipal harbor plan and a corresponding building height exemption from what the Massachusetts waterfront development law otherwise requires will likely be blocked, at least for now. The impact is not limited to Boston, as municipal harbor plans reach deep into waterfront zoning and development statewide.
In the latest step attempting to resolve two separate actions involving a dispute over a proposed development on the City of Boston waterfront, a Massachusetts Superior Court judge recently held that the Commonwealth’s municipal harbor plan regulatory scheme was irreconcilable with the Commonwealth’s “Chapter 91” statute, which controls and dictates all development activity in and around tidelands of the Commonwealth. SALEM, MA North Shore drivers are advised to expect the possibility of coming across a sobriety checkpoint in Essex County Friday night into Saturday morning.
The exact spot on the checkpoint is not revealed. The purpose is to further educate the motoring public and strengthen the public s awareness to the need of detecting and removing those motorists who operate under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs from our roadways, State Police Col. Christopher Mason said. It will be operated during varied hours, the selection of the vehicles will not be arbitrary, safety will be assured and any inconveniences to motorists will be minimized with advance notice to reduce fear and anxiety.
